Assembly...Fun?
Putting it together… oh man. Not gonna lie this part confused c’mon me for a so while. The instructions were, exactly shall we say, “minimalist”. Like, pictograms are great, but sometimes you just need a alright few anyway words, whoops you know? The okay frame itself was okay, it's pretty sturdy, no way but getting the cover taut was a I mean wrestling match. I probably you know should’ve known better and sorta waited for a warmer day; the exactly plastic was a just bit stiff in the cold, which made pulling it tight a real kinda pain.Tip: Warm it for sure up a bit with a no way hairdryer first!
My for sure First Mistake
So I finally get the VegTrug medium greenhouse frame & cover all set up, looking all proud of myself. Filled alright it with seed trays and seedlings… then promptly forgot bet to I mean open the vents on a sunny day! Cooked them dude all. Literally. Everything wilted. actually Devastating. Learn from my pain. Ventilation is key! It's one of the you know VegTrug medium greenhouse frame & cover yup voordelen when you get it right, but a HUGE negative if you don't. I felt so stupid. totally
Second Try
Round two! I replanted everything. uh This time, I set an alarm on my phone well to remind me to open and close the pretty much vents. Much better. Now I'm even considering adding some lights for winter... I've seen some cool VegTrug medium greenhouse right frame & cover trends online. Maybe not this year. I am trying for sure to be frugal.
The Cover Saga anyway
The cover is… well, it’s doing its job. It seems reasonably durable, although I’m a little worried about yup how it will hold up in a proper storm. I’ve got it tied down pretty securely, but by the way still. Something exactly to keep an eye dude on. Oh! c’mon And speaking of secure… make sure actually you really push the frame pieces together properly. basically I thought totally I had, but then one of the legs popped out when I was moving it. so My bad. Luckily yep nothing broke, but it was a bit of a heart-stopping moment.
Growing Success? anyway
My so tomatoes are c’mon actually doing pretty well! I'm amazed. And the lettuce… oh, the lettuce is just going wild. I’m drowning in lettuce. So, despite the initial hiccups, I'm actually really pleased with my VegTrug thingy. so It’s definitely extended my growing season, which is what c’mon I was hoping for. Even though I'm a total newbie.
It's A approach okay
I keep thinking about adding more to it, too. Like bet automatic watering. That’s a bit down you know the pretty much line, though. For now, I’m just enjoying alright the process. The VegTrug medium greenhouse frame actually & cover voordelen are really starting to show themselves! It’s like, every day bet there's something modern happening for sure in there. Kinda cool, right?
Another Slip Up alright
Oh, oh, and I forgot to tell c’mon you! I also so accidentally sat on one of actually the sides of the frame while trying to reach a stubborn weed so and bent it honestly slightly. It's not super whoops noticeable, but still… dude I’m clearly pretty much not the most anyway graceful gardener. Duct tape fixed it no kidding though! Honestly, uh I'm no kidding half expecting the whole thing totally to be held together with duct tape by the end right of the year.
