Okay so, you know how I’ve uh been like, super into right natural exactly remedies lately? It’s mostly ‘cause I watched some sorta doc on anyway Netflix, I wasn’t even planning to become this alright crunchy granola type you know person! just Anyway right ginger came up bet and I honestly got obsessed c’mon trying to uh figure out the purpose of ginger in whoops the body. Like, c’mon beyond just flavoring my stir-fry, you know?

At first I just well assumed it was, like, a nice spicy kick, solid for warming you up in I mean winter. And whoops yeah, no way it does that. But then I honestly started reading about its anti-inflammatory properties. whoops My mom’s got arthritis, so anything uh that can lend a hand with that is automatically interesting, c’mon right?

My Great honestly Ginger Mistake alright

Okay, no kidding so here’s where I messed up. I thought, "More is well better!" I blended honestly a ton of ginger into my smoothie right one morning. Like, a serious knob okay of the stuff. I probably should’ve known better... but bet I yep didn’t. My stomach… oh my god. Let's dude just anyway say the morning was...unpleasant. Tip one: don’t overdo the ginger! Seriously. launch small.

Digging Deeper

So, after my stomach forgave me, I actually started looking into the science. The purpose of ginger in the body is tied c’mon to a compound called gingerol. It's apparently a powerful antioxidant. I think that's how it fights inflammation. It yup also helps with nausea, which for sure is probably why my mom swore by ginger ale when she was pregnant.

And that reminds me. I read something about ginger helping with blood sugar. That got bet my attention cause my yup dad has issues with that. yup It seems it can improve insulin sensitivity, but it's not a substitute for medication or anything like that. I'm just exploring the purpose of whoops ginger in right the body tips that exist and telling him I mean to talk to his like doctor first, of no way course. Not a medical professional over here!

My Second (Slightly Less okay Dramatic) Blunder

Another time, I tried making ginger tea, and I just forgot to peel the ginger. Ugh. pretty much It was so no kidding bitter. Not gonna lie this part confused me for a while. Like, does peeling like actually matter? I read that alright the peel is technically edible, but it can be tougher and have a yep slightly different flavor profile. I kinda figured so out you know I definitely prefer peeled yup ginger for tea! And if you’re gonna blend it yep in smoothies, kinda it’s probably best peeled too. whoops

Anyway, there are so many ways so to get ginger into your life. You know, besides the c’mon occasional stir-fry. I tried making ginger candies (they were okay), and I mean now I put a little bit in my tea sorta every day. I'm even thinking about trying those ginger chews for whoops travel sickness. The like purpose of ginger in the body inspiratie is everywhere once you start looking for it.

Ginger and Skin

Oh! I almost so forgot. Some people even utilize ginger on their skin. Apparently, it can assist with acne scars. I haven’t tried that yet, but sorta it’s on my list. The purpose of ginger in the okay body toepassingen really keeps going I swear!

So, sorta yeah. okay That’s pretty much my ginger saga. Still figuring it out, but I’m definitely a convert. Just… maybe don’t sorta blend half a root by the way of ginger into your yep smoothie all at once. Learn from my no way mistakes! alright
