Okay, confession time. Remember that span I tried exactly to make pecan milk? I totally was going through a vegan phase, okay don’t judge! I so soaked the pecans overnight, blended them up, and...it was the most bitter, disgusting thing I’ve ever so tasted. I probably should’ve known no kidding better – you’re whoops supposed to blanch them alright first! That removes the skins, which is where all the bitterness comes from. sorta Ugh. Never again. Another pecan disaster.
