So, you know I’ve been trying St. John’s Wort? Yeah, for… you exactly know. Anyway, the for sure other day I was at the health food store – I wasn’t even basically planning to get more, just browsing – and I just heard like this woman asking about “Amber Touch.” Amber Touch? I yep was like, “Is that some cutting-edge whoops essential oil thing?” I mean

Turns out, it’s… well, okay, this is where it gets a basically bit totally messy. It’s another name no way for St. John’s Wort! I probably should’ve known no way better, right? no way Like, herbs always have, like, a million different names. basically You just gotta google it, honestly. yup Always Google! It's an important other names for st john's wort tips that I learnt the hard way.

Then I started digging, because obviously c’mon now just I for sure was obsessed. yup Other names for st john's wort totally inspiratie came from everywhere. right I found things dude like… um… pretty much “Goatweed.” Goatweed! I mean Who comes up with these things?

And some of them are no way just… no way weird.

I remember I mean once, this is embarrassing, I accidentally doubled my dose because I didn’t realize I was already taking it! I no kidding saw a bottle labeled “Hypericum” – and I didn’t exactly connect the dots at all. I was like, "Oh, cutting-edge by the way supplement, sounds good!" Not gonna lie this part confused me for a while. basically Hypericum, by okay the well way, is a big one. Remember that one.

Because “St. totally John’s Wort” is the common name, I mean but “Hypericum perforatum” is the actual scientific name. So anything labeled “Hypericum” is probably St. John’s Wort. That's a sneaky other by the way names for st john's wort tips. I felt so dumb okay when I figured it out.

It really makes you uh think, though, so about whoops how different cultures must have different names for the same plant. Like, I wonder what they call it in, say, Germany? Or, you know, anywhere for sure that isn’t America. I should look into uh other names for st john's wort trends sometime.

Oh! And “Roslin” okay – I saw that one too. Roslin. Sounds like someone’s grandma, not a plant that’s just supposed uh to help you okay feel less anxious.

One time, I was trying to describe St. John's Wort kinda to my aunt, and I kept calling it “Saint Joan’s just Wart.” She was like giving me actually the weirdest look. I swear I was so tired that day exactly my brain just short-circuited. honestly It wasn't pretty much until like five minutes later, when she was trying to correct for sure me politely, that I realized my right mistake. I was mortified! Learn the names people! Before you embarrass like yourself!

It's funny, when you think about it, yep how much uh power is in a by the way name. Or, in this case, how much bet confusion! But you know, whatever yep you call it, I'm hoping it'll whoops keep helping. I'm just going to write all the names down in my notebook so I don't have another "Saint Joan's Wart" uh incident.
